Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy


Requirements


  • Current Occupational Therapist License for the State of Minnesota
  • Current Driver's License and dependable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Current American Heart Association CPR certification
