Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical PM/Scrum Master to join our team at Ampcus Incorporated. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching Scrum Teams on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality, timely, and relevant communication to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach Scrum Teams on Agile methodologies and principles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of communication to members.
  • Identify areas of strength and improvement within the team and employ coaching and development techniques to optimize processes.
  • Facilitate and support Scrum Master-owned events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Assist in maintaining healthy Backlogs and ensuring the team considers product vision.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical discussions with Marketing, IT, Pega, and other internal stakeholders to drive solutions and resolutions.
  • Liaise between Marketing, IT, and Pega to resolve team impediments and blockers.
  • Coordinate the implementation of enhancements, new integrations, upgrades, and hot fixes to Pega CDH with Marketing, IT, and Pega Consultants.
  • Lead weekly Integration and Performance testing planning meetings.
  • Communicate with program management and produce reports, including project plans and a deployment report outlining features and PBIs releasing to Production.
  • Monitor deployments to all environments and remove blockers to deployment.
  • Lead internal conversation follow-ups between Marketing, Procurement, ISD, and other stakeholders to facilitate contract signature for vendor contracts for Pega CDH.
  • Defend primary objectives from unnecessary scope creep and team members from becoming over-extended.
  • Help define and enforce team rules, including Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, and Work in Progress Limits.
  • Create and support a safe atmosphere that encourages honesty and openness among diverse sets of individual contributors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, as well as excellent coaching and leadership skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
