About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bike Delivery Driver to join our team at Insomnia Cookies. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering our delicious cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal customers in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery.
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive and professional interaction.
  • Use our delivery app to track orders and provide accurate status updates.
Requirements
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable bike in good working order.
  • Must have a smartphone with data plan.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
