TRS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies.
- Document patient information and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
