  • Meet with clients to discuss their case and provide guidance on their options
  • Show compassion and empathy towards clients, demonstrating an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect
  • Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers
Requirements & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full-time experience in litigation
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
  • 1st chair trial experience is a plus
  • Membership in the Texas Bar and good standing
  • Experience in evaluating claims and negotiating settlements
  • Superb negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset
