We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Certinia. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and training of our Certinia FFA application and related applications in customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our application.
  • Present the Certinia FFA application to customers via web conference tools and face-to-face meetings.
  • Perform key components of remote and onsite implementations, including base build installation, configuration, training, report writing, data migration, and consulting support.
  • Responsible for technical specifications, application configuration, unit testing, UAT support, data migration support, knowledge transfer, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Understand complementary 3rd party applications as part of overall Certinia implementation project.
  • Understand client's accounting process requirements and assist project team in redefining processes and translating those requirements into a Solution Design Document.
  • Prepare and deliver standard and custom configuration and training events via web meeting or standard classroom methods.
  • Document best practices specific to Certinia software implementation and assist in improving methodology and developing service offerings.
  • Assist Solution Design Consultants in scoping statements of work.
  • Communicate with the wider business, working with other departments to drive successful implementations, sales, and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in Salesforce is highly desirable (other on-premise/SaaS packaged solutions also of interest).
  • Proven and extensive breadth of experience implementing Financial Accounting systems across mid-market or enterprise users.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Financial Accounting systems.
  • The benefit of relevant certifications/qualifications (Salesforce Administrator, recognised accounting qualifications) or demonstrable experience of financial accounting processes and applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English, multi-language skills are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing, team environment.
