RV Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming phone calls, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing accurate and timely information
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team
