Staff Engineer

Job Summary
GE Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our AEO Repair Engineering team. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of repairs for our Aeroderivative engine fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement repair technologies to meet short-term and long-term business needs
- Work across functions to develop, implement, and industrialize repairs
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to personnel supporting assigned projects
- Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
- Minimum five years of experience in a repair engineering role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
