Civil Design Specialist

Location: United States, with occasional travel to D3 offices within 50 miles of your home address.

Team D3 is an Autodesk Platinum Partner consulting clients on engineering and design technologies to enhance product development and reduce time-to-market. Our ideal candidate is a skilled AEC professional seeking to leverage cutting-edge CAD and CIM software in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver AEC solutions and workflows using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Recap, and other technologies.
- Assess customers' skills, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute corporate CIM templates and standards to ensure consistency across projects.
- Design and deliver training content in classrooms, on-site, or via webcasts to support client adoption of new processes and technology.
- Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Project mentorship and technical support to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technology.

Requirements
- 3+ years of recent civil design experience in the field, preferably as a CIM Technician or Manager.
- 2+ years of recent CIM or 3D modeling experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Infraworks software solutions.
- Degreed program related to AEC or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and data visualization skills.

Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year based on location and experience.
