About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

As a Hotel Service Associate, you will be expected to:
  • Clean and service assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards.
  • Return and restock cart at end of shift.
  • Complete additional deep cleaning/seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Key Responsibilities

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with various tasks and responsibilities, including:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborating with housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and responding to their needs in a timely manner.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Minimum one year of cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
