Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide assessment and therapy services to students with speech and language disorders. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the academic and social success of our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Create and implement personalized education programs (IEPs) based on individual needs.
  • Administer direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance student learning and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student advancements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • State Department of Education certification as a Speech-Language Specialist.
  • Preferred previous experience in a school environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
  • State License in Speech-Language Pathology: Issued by the state licensing authority.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP): Granted by ASHA.
  • State Department of Education Speech-Language Specialist Certification: Mandatory for public school positions.
