Welder Fabricator

Kable Staffing is hiring a Mig Welder in the Batavia, OH area. This position offers a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Proficient use of basic hand tools such as grinder, cut-off wheel, and magnetic drill.
• Able to accurately read and interpret a tape measure.
• Capable of following written and verbal work instructions.
• Some overhead crane experience is beneficial.
• Able to lift and maneuver metal components weighing at least 50 pounds.

• The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Completed welding trade school program.
• At least one year of on-the-job experience welding using GMAW or FCAW methods.
• Flexibility to work in other related departments as needed.
• Able to work independently and in a team setting.
• Stand and/or walk most shifts, plus ability to bend, squat, lift (up to fifty pounds), push, pull, reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrated exemplary attendance and work habits.
• Effective communication skills.
• Pass background check and drug test.
