Position Overview

Glen Raven Logistics is seeking a qualified Logistics Analyst to deliver effective logistics planning services to both clients and suppliers, aimed at optimizing efficiency and boosting company profitability. This role operates with a degree of autonomy and is expected to provide mentorship and support to fellow Logistics Analysts.

Flexible Work Arrangement

This position offers the possibility of flexible remote work options (2 days from home) following a successful training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document all daily logistics requirements as assigned with precision.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with internal teams and contracted partners.
• Ensure the completion and processing of all necessary shipping documentation.
• Adhere to Federal and Company regulations regarding the operation of commercial vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records and data to support essential Key Performance Indicators.
• Uphold the highest safety standards for all Glen Raven and contracted personnel.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent education and training.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and efficient in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
• Familiarity with the transportation/logistics sector and knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Hours of Service compliance is preferred.
