We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill the role of Senior Equipment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the installation of Client Business asset installs involving the eNSE network (iEN, 5G, C-band).
  • Review Planning build requirements relayed in the form of a Front Door Request (FDR), Power Space Request (PSR), Capacity Creation Request (CCR).
  • Validate each input against Client Business Standards.
  • Craft a Pre-Engineering Checklist (PEC aka audit) that is sent to a Field Engineer to review and provide build supportive feedback/guidance.
  • Research BOMs, craft Drawings, and insert them into the I-SPEC which captures all install instructions and identifies all cable runs.
  • Update the ICON/CANVAS Engineering inventory database for both installs and decommissions.
  • Ensure each install complies with Client engineering, financial, planning, and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years related experience with Equipment/Detailed Engineering.
  • Previous experience with Engineering systems & Databases.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-supervised, customer-focused individual with organizational and leadership skills to push all projects to completion.
  • Strong knowledge in job-related functional area and of the telecommunications business.
  • Technical degree strongly preferred.
