Position Overview

Incentives:
This role is eligible for a $40,000 commitment incentive, distributed in four installments over a two-year work commitment. Additionally, we offer a Tuition Loan Assistance Incentive of up to $100,000, based on the outstanding loan amount, payable in six installments over a three-year work period. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operative assessments efficiently, including patient history, physical examination, and development of anesthesia care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, contributing to institutional committees and enhancing the clinical learning environment for peers.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate anesthesia records and related documentation in compliance with departmental standards.
- Administer anesthesia safely, ensuring a secure environment for patients, and adhering to established protocols for care.
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program recognized by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
Licensure/Certification: Must be certified or eligible for certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and possess a valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
Experience: No prior experience is required for this position.
Skills and Abilities: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
