Medical Practice Administrator

As a Clinic Manager II at NextCare Urgent Care, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our urgent care facility, including staff scheduling and management, provider and patient relations, and billing and collections processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing resources and staff to ensure optimal patient flow and efficient clinic operations
* Developing and implementing procedures to enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency
* Collaborating with providers and staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork
* Monitoring and maintaining credentials and licensures of clinic staff
* Ensuring compliance with State and Federal guidelines and regulations
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of three years previous management experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably in a medical office environment. You will also require strong human resource and financial management skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, health savings account, dental, vision, basic life insurance, voluntary employee/spouse/child life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, employee assistance program, critical illness, accident, legal, identity theft, and paid time off. You will also be eligible for 401(k) Plan benefits and shift differential benefits (for select positions).
