We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab RN.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
