About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a General Manager In Training at Buddys Home Furnishing. As a GMIT, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the store manager in achieving sales goals and improving customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
