Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Springfield Health and Rehab in Vermont. The ideal candidate will possess a current Vermont state license and have at least 2 years of recent US nursing experience as a CNA, LPN, RN, or Tech.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in the LTC Unit
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements:
Current Vermont state license
At least 2 years of recent US nursing experience as a CNA, LPN, RN, or Tech
Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
2 current clinical references
Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
