Job Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in post-acute facilities
  • Develop care plans and best options with medical staff and residents
  • Administer treatments and medications to residents
  • Ensure proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Work with residents and family members regarding best care options
  • Supervise and train nursing and other staff, as needed
  • Document patient histories and interventions
  • Help with incident investigations
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Illinois state license to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • At least 1 year of experience as an RN or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
