Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Contribute to Performance/Quality Improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of risk management and claims activities.
- Perform evaluations and assessments of individuals under the supervision of a Chief Psychologist, administering psychotherapy as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress notes in a timely manner, ensuring a current and varied knowledge base of therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- One (1) year of clinical experience.
- Masters in Psychology.
