Centers Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on weekends. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care while working a minimum of 16 hours per weekend.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure resident care requirements are met.
- Establish a positive and supportive environment for residents and families.
- Provide information and support to residents and staff as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain accurate documentation of resident care services.
- Foster a collaborative relationship among healthcare teams.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
