Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoice processing.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for invoices and goods-receipts (GR).
  • Ensure accurate proof of delivery (POD) for goods-receipts (GR) to maintain store inventory integrity.
  • Identify and rectify pricing discrepancies.
  • Calculate necessary deductions and paybacks as required.
  • Provide assistance to employees and customers by addressing inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and services.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and accurately while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable is required.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in alpha and numeric data entry, including 10-key touch and a typing speed of at least 40 wpm, is required.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
  • The ability to collaborate within a team and act as a reliable expert for assigned responsibilities is crucial.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with a positive attitude and adaptability to changing requirements, are vital.
  • Respect for others and adherence to company values are fundamental.

Educational Background:

A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Additional coursework in accounting, finance, or mathematics is advantageous.
