Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Civil Engineering department, driving its growth and ensuring excellence in service delivery
- Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including design, project management, and construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards
- Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance, fostering innovation and excellence within the team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Understand and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and smooth operations between engineers and contractors
- Contribute to the firm's business strategy, leveraging your consulting experience to expand service offerings
- Serve as a mentor and leader within the firm, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and entrepreneurship
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
- Extensive experience in civil engineering with a focus on airport projects and experience working in seismic and other natural disaster-prone areas
- Strong understanding of the relationship between consulting and construction firms, including contract management
- Proven ability to lead and grow a department or business unit with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate with minimal supervision
- Competitive base salary between $180,000 and $230,000+, highly negotiable based on experience
- Participation in a profit-sharing program and a substantial bonus program
