Certification Requirements
  • ARRT certification in CT is mandatory.

  • Prepare and comfort patients while clearly explaining procedures.
  • Assess images for quality, adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Follow safety and infection control guidelines rigorously.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure precise diagnostics.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT certification in CT and relevant state licensure.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist.
  • Expertise in CT imaging techniques and protocols.
  • Strong technical skills with CT machinery.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule
  • Average Daily Census: 18-20 CT scans per 8-hour shift.
  • Patient Demographics: Adults and Geriatrics.

  • Common Patient Diagnoses: Various types of Cardiovascular diseases.
  • Specialized Procedures: Located within a facility offering diverse CT scans including Cardiac, Vascular, Abdomen, Head/Neck, and Pelvis.
  • Advanced Equipment: Utilization of the Siemens Naeotom Alpha CT Scanner.
