Clinical Responsibilities

As a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with physicians to provide high-quality patient care in an expanded role.

  • You will obtain complete medical histories and perform comprehensive examinations for patients.
  • You will order and initially interpret diagnostic laboratory and radiological studies.
  • You will collaborate with patients and supervising physicians to plan therapeutic interventions.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a State Board of Nursing-approved school.
  • A Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (Masters or Post-Masters Certificate).
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and credentialed as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000, reflecting the exceptional qualifications and skills required to excel in this role.
