Job Title: Pastoral Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Associate to join our team at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our Pastoral Ministries team, you will play a vital role in supporting the spiritual well-being of our residents.

Job Summary:

The Pastoral Associate will be responsible for implementing the Pastoral Ministries program, which focuses on the spiritual life of the total community. This includes meeting the sacramental and worship needs of our Protestant residents, planning for the spiritual life of the Protestant community, and community-wide outreach and fellowship.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Pastoral Ministries program to support the spiritual life of the community
  • Meet the sacramental and worship needs of Protestant residents
  • Plan for the spiritual life of the Protestant community and community-wide outreach and fellowship
  • Collaborate with the Pastoral Ministries Manager to achieve program goals
Requirements:
  • College degree
  • Ordained Protestant minister in a major denomination
  • Degree in pastoral counseling a plus
  • Minimum of ten years pastoral ministry experience
  • Work with seniors a plus
Compensation:

Commensurate with experience, starting at $26,000 per year
