We are looking for a skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, prescriptive authority, and an active Ohio license.

### Responsibilities

* Provide primary and specialty care to patients of all ages
* Conduct thorough health assessments and develop treatment plans
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
