Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at West Boca Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status, taking prompt action to address any concerns.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote patient safety and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Florida.
- At least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
