Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Specialist

Catalent is a global leader in providing services for the pharmaceutical industry. As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and manufacturing new treatments for patients worldwide.

The Kansas City facility offers integrated services for oral solid dosage forms, including formulation development and analytical testing. Our team has over 25 years of experience in biologics projects.

About the Role
  • Perform efficient setup, manufacturing, and cleaning of equipment and processes with direct supervision or partnership with senior technicians.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, focusing on regulatory-related processes such as SOPs, cGMP, and safety in compliance with CFRs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inform Senior Pharmaceutical Technician or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Lead of work orders for processing rooms and equipment.
  • Foster a culture of high-quality standards while learning all equipment within the core group.
  • Drive reductions in unplanned deviations and troubleshoot identified equipment malfunctions under supervision.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills highly preferred.
  • Solid dosage manufacturing experience preferred.
