Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and attention to dogs of all sizes and breeds, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Walk client dogs, monitor dog play groups, and transport dogs as needed, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Administer medication, provide food and water, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment for dogs and other small pets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Availability to work year-round, Monday-Friday, approximately 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., with occasional holidays and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Ability to commute to Framingham, Ashland, Natick, Sudbury, Wayland, and surrounding communities.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Comfortable handling most dog breeds, sizes, and temperaments, with previous experience working with dogs a plus.
  • Mobile phone and email access.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, dedicated, and trustworthy.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education a plus.
