Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to assess their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional capabilities to identify learning obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address each student's individual needs and objectives.
  • Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions through interactive activities and exercises.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop strategies that promote students' academic and social growth.
  • Advocate for student needs within the school environment and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Preferred:

  • Experience working with school-aged children.

Interview Process:

  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • Follow-up 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school.
