We are currently in search of a Robotic Welding Operator who will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. This position involves the precise welding of metal components utilizing a robotic welding apparatus.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Operate and uphold the Robotic Welding Machine while adhering to company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Perform basic programming, setup, and operation of the Robotic Welding Machine.
  • Exhibit a willingness to acquire new skills and processes, executing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct visual inspections of parts prior to their progression to the next stage.
  • Carry out basic preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Support the monthly inventory process.
  • Utilize MIG/Pulse welding techniques to efficiently assemble fabricated metal products, optimizing production output.
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment and report any hazards to the Safety Director and Maintenance Department.
  • Maintain a level of productivity that minimizes delays in production.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate workflow.
  • Provide assistance to team members as necessary.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring quality assurance and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with wire welding processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with supervisors and related departments.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
  • Capability to read, comprehend, and interpret blueprints.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods while performing manual tasks.
  • Physical aptitude to work in various positions, including kneeling, lying down, and overhead.
  • Ability to climb and work from ladders.
  • Experience operating various shop tools, including both power and manual wrenches.
  • Trained in the operation of forklifts and overhead cranes.
