Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect clients with community resources and services

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and agencies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and tracking systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of community resources and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
