As a skilled Healthcare Professional in our Medical-Surgical Unit, you will have a significant impact on the patients and staff that you interact with on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, professional, and compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a skilled decision-maker, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical Unit environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Nursing Program
  • Current Michigan RN License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 1 year of Medical-Surgical experience (preferably)
  • Critical Care experience (preferably)
  • Annual Influenza Vaccination or declination

Work Environment:

  • FTE (part-time, 24 to 36 hours per week)
  • Night/Day Shifts – 12 hour shifts
  • Every 3rd Weekend
