This role encompasses the oversight of Bill of Materials (BOM) utilization, the creation of Computer Aided Planning (CAP) routes, and the management of manufacturing item requests within the operational framework of Softworld Inc.

In instances where a Manufacturing Computer Aided Design (MCAD) model is available, the responsibility for the generation and upkeep of manufacturing instructions (2D drawings) does not fall under this position.

The Coordinator will also be responsible for generating manufacturing item requests, which may include NC Programs, Tools/Fixtures, and Gages.

Additionally, the role involves providing process planning support to manufacturing operations through the maintenance of production orders, tool maintenance requests, and various other planning liaison functions.

The Coordinator will create and maintain relevant dimensional charts, manufacturing instructions (both text-based and 2D format), material operation diagrams, and ply tables as required.

A working knowledge of Loft, Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing, and Planning processes and procedures is necessary, along with skills related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.

The Coordinator will support producibility assessments as needed and maintain records and schedules of assigned work. The role requires adherence to established company cost control standards, schedules, and quality requirements to ensure market competitiveness.
