About the Role

Bastion Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Safety Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct system safety assessments and reliability predictions to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Develop and implement safety and reliability solutions to mitigate risks and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety and reliability concerns.
  • Generate reports and documentation to communicate safety and reliability findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-882 and SAE ARP4761.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in reliability and safety engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability analysis tools, such as Relex, Weibull++, and Reliasoft XFRACAS.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
