Sales Consultant

MSC Industrial Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Mid-Market customers, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit growth within Mid-Market customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely and profitable sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage market trends, industry insights, and product knowledge to drive sales growth.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and other sales-related tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
