About the Role:
Pike Industries, a subsidiary of CRH, is a leading Highway Contractor and the largest producer of Hot Mix Asphalt and Construction Aggregates in New England. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success in our region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other lines of business to provide customers with best solutions for their needs.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives in your area.
- Analyze and review sales of all products, including HMA, Aggregates, Sand and Gravel, etc.
- Be active in Community Relations, Trade Associations, and Government Affairs.
- Review and approve pricing changes for products at multiple locations.
- Travel throughout your territory visiting customers and supporting the sales team.
