Position Summary

The role of IT Solutions Architect at our organization prioritizes outstanding customer engagement, a positive mindset, professionalism, and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities

Non-Technical:

• Fostering strong relationships with clients through meaningful interactions.

Technical:

• Providing IT support for technical issues related to core business applications.
• Implementing Disaster Recovery strategies, including server imaging and automated backups.
• Designing, implementing, and supporting server and storage solutions, virtualization, workstations, and mobile devices.
• Delivering technical services at the network level, including connectivity and security.
• Implementing and supporting remote access solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of client systems and service activities.
• Pursuing continuous technical improvement across all areas.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate exceptional performance in each essential duty. The following qualifications are required:

• A minimum of five years of IT experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional, friendly, and optimistic demeanor.
• A solid understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Proficiency in PowerShell with strong scripting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft's 365 solution stack, particularly Azure.
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies, with preference for candidates experienced in 3CX.
• Understanding of relevant technologies, solutions, and support.
• Preferred but not mandatory experience with:

1. Managed Services (MSP) experience.
2. WatchGuard Appliances.
3. Cisco Networking Technology.
4. Storage Solutions from Dell, EMC, and HP.
5. VMware Solutions.
6. Image-Based Backup Solutions.
