Responsibilities

  • Follow medical regimens and adhere to precautions for patients with specific conditions.
  • Complete discharge summaries for patients on their final visit.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Access to a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license.
