Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for performing respiratory therapy assessments and treatments to patients with various respiratory conditions. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patient responses to treatment, and make necessary adjustments to therapy. Additionally, you will utilize advanced respiratory therapy techniques and equipment to ensure effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform respiratory therapy assessments and treatments to patients with various respiratory conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatment and make necessary adjustments to therapy.
  • Utilize advanced respiratory therapy techniques and equipment to ensure effective patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on respiratory therapy procedures and self-management techniques.
  • Ensure all therapies and procedures are performed in compliance with hospital policies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff and students when necessary.
  • Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Requirements:
This position requires a valid NBRC certification.
