Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert legal advice on matters related to Securities, Litigation, and Commercial Law.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and prepare essential legal documentation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the firm’s objectives.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and legal agreements.
  • Assess legal risks associated with various transactions and provide strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure comprehensive legal protection.
  • Stay informed on legislative changes impacting the firm and its clientele.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
  • Active admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in Securities and Litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, research, and communication capabilities.
  • Proven track record of providing practical legal solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
