About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and lead our ABA programs. As a BCBA at Autism Learning Partners, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clinical development team, provide parent education, and problem-solve to help each client reach their potential.

Salary and Benefits

  • Total first-year earning potential: $115,000 including bonuses
  • Base salary: $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
  • Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus plus attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)
  • Relocation assistance: Up to $20,000
  • Hybrid role: 50% supervision in-person support and 50% telehealth
  • Initial onboarding support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration
  • Ongoing education and mentorship opportunities, including monthly CEUs and annual in-house conference

Job Responsibilities

As a BCBA at Autism Learning Partners, you will:

  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  2. Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
  3. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs to drive positive change in the lives of our clients.
  4. Provide parent education and support to help families understand their child's behavior and develop strategies to address challenges.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in ABA research and technology.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active LBA certification in the state of Maryland as issued by the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists
