We are seeking a skilled Polisher/Stocker to join our team at Tre Dita, a collaboration between award-winning Chef Evan Funke and Lettuce Entertain You. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for stocking essential tools, assisting with coffee person and/or dishwasher duties, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Stock and maintain silverware, glassware, and other service utensils
- Transport dirty dishes to the bus tub or dish room
- Polish and stock all service items coming from the dish room
- Maintain each service station throughout the shift
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a confined, crowded space with variable noise and temperature levels
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
