Pastry Artisan

The **Pastry Artisan** will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, including donuts, breads, and pastries. This individual must be self-motivated, able to work within a specific schedule, and multitask effectively. The Pastry Artisan will also need to maintain strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness requirements.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work at a fast pace for eight hours or more at a time. Basic reading and math skills are necessary, as well as good communication skills and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly and outgoing manner.
