Truck Captain Job Description

At College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Truck Captain to lead our moving team. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring 110% satisfaction.
* Safely operating the junk truck and performing daily truck inspections.
* Educating clients about pricing and services, and ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits.
* Maintaining a tidy and organized truck, ensuring all necessary supplies, safety equipment, and marketing materials are on hand.

Key requirements include:

* Holding a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Being able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
* Having previous moving experience and a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
* Possessing excellent communication and leadership skills.
