Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist who embodies exceptional leadership qualities, clinical expertise, and a passion for building and managing a high-performing Behavioral Health department. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for providing adult psychiatry services in an outpatient clinic setting, fostering collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, and driving growth through innovative outreach opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Behavioral Health department, ensuring seamless integration with existing services
• Provide high-quality adult psychiatry services in the outpatient setting, adapting to the needs of patients aged 18 and above
• Foster strong relationships with skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities, leveraging outreach opportunities to enhance care delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and advance the department's reputation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
