Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
- Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care services, including making patient assignments, coordinating referrals, and ensuring the development and implementation of individualized plans of care.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
- Education and Training: Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient progress toward mutually established goals.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in home healthcare required, with a minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience.
- Certifications: CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
- Skills: Clinical proficiency in a nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.
