Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing input into services strategy and actively implementing strategy as defined for designated Area to achieve financial goals.
  • Collaborating with sales and internal IMDEX support teams to ensure consistent and seamless service provision for clients.
  • Creating and monitoring service department benchmarks in alignment with financial and operational objectives and expectations.
  • Ensuring service solutions are based on client needs, aspirations and IMDEX goals.
  • Providing feedback to product design teams so that products can be tailored to clients' needs.
  • Providing training, technical support and guidance to team.
Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary education level.
  • At least 7 years' experience in a sales and / or services role, preferably in the Mining industry.
  • At least 2 years' team management experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working with client relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Understanding of relevant industry processes and experience including drilling and mining. Understanding of drilling optimization, rock knowledge and data analytics. Understanding of specific and companion IMDEX technologies (e.g. Gyros/Fluids) and their applications.
  • Experience managing the processes for Service excellence.
  • Financial budgeting experience.
